Your daily responsibilities include

Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.

Communicates effectively to all employees. Keeps direct reports well informed about issues and subjects

Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job descriptions where, in the company s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

Comply with company policies; all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position.

Supervises the Slot Tech department. Determines work schedules, assigns work areas and break times. Provides training, evaluates performance and provides written and verbal work history entries as appropriate.

Accountable for department activities for adherence to casino policy and IGB rules and regulations.

Coaches, motivates, measures and follows up on all Slot Tech employees for improved performance.

Assists in expediting projects, machine and floor analysis as well as purchasing.

Ensures that the Slot Tech team assists slot operations in providing excellent customer service.

Portrays self as an excellent role model for all employees to follow.

Demonstrates knowledge of department budgetary guidelines, variances and objectives.

Safeguards assets.

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.


Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Manages and supervises all Slot Technicians in the Slots Department.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two (2) years technical experience and a minimum of three (3) years experience as a supervisor/manager; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
