POSITION
Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to an OSF executive leader.
Maintains the executive leader(s) calendar, schedules appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts and makes travel arrangements.
Plans and arranges high-level meetings and events.
Prepares correspondence and reports for Board and Cabinet members.
Provides general clerical support such record keeping, answering/routing calls, writing documents and creating presentations.
Manages projects as assigned.
Maintains own work load independently.
Demonstrates a high level of competence and professionalism including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At times, works as a proxy for the executive leader.

Experience:
Three years of secretary and/or administrative experience Other skills/knowledge Advanced level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient with email and calendaring systems Proven communication and interpersonal skills in previous job or classwork Demonstrated organizational and prioritizing skills PREFERRED
