Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Scheduling assistant will create schedules for Home Care Aides and Clients to fit the plan of care, process all schedule changes, work closely with all contracts and insurance providers, process all schedule changes, assist Home Care Aides with applications and ADP, greet clients, field staff, and public in a professional and friendly manner, monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Proficiency in related Computer Software, Microsoft office.
Ability to pay attention to detail and handle multiple tasks Strong Communication skills Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consist with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk duties, office management, and possess strong computer skills.
