Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week Length:
13 weeksCall required after hours and weekends - ever 3rd to 4th weekend as neededRequirements:
IL License Minimum 1 year in home care experience preferred Need ortho experience BLS 1-2 years MS or acute care experience preferred Others:

Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only clinical nursing, PT, OT in homePoint Of Care visits:
