We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agent.
In this role, you will contribute directly to the sales goals of our Market while working towards both long-term and short-term growth targets.
If you are interested in a career in one of the fast-growing industries and are willing to learn, we will provide training to help you obtain your insurance license.
Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Solicit and write new business for your assigned specialist department.
Collaborate with the agent and/or operations manager to determine appropriate coverage for clients.
Provide underwriting and rating services for new accounts.
Stay updated on new products and initiatives, actively pursuing personal and professional development.
Actively gather expiration dates from new clients and prospects.
Develop and maintain strong agency relationships with existing clients.
Meet production requirements and goals set by the agent or agency manager.
Maintain accurate monthly sales records and provide them for review to the agent and/or operations manager.
Skills and Qualities:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills to address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in computer skills to navigate various software programs and databases.
Sales experience is preferred, but not required Job Type:
