Prioritizing customer satisfaction and order accuracy is a must.
We're looking for an organized and efficient worker who will produce a high number of orders per day.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the contents of our products and can navigate them easily.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Resolve customer concerns over the phone.
Smile and greet customers using proper telephone etiquette.
Be compassionate and understanding to customers experiencing personal problems; type emails and letters.
Answer questions regarding products.
Help customers make informed financial decisions.
Ability to work independently or as a team on assigned tasks as well accept direction and correction on given assignments.
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Cash or credit transactions.
Use machine such as a cash register or an electronic cash register.
Communicates with customers about water chemistry.
Assumes responsibility for some daily routines maintenance tasks and maintains cleanliness of showroom floor.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Ability to Lift 25 pounds or more occasionally.
Ability to Twist, turn, reach above shoulder, reach outward, stand, walk, work at or above shoulder occasionally.
Ability to Bend, squat, kneel, talk or hear frequently.
